Board of Directors
The Association is served by five elected Directors, all who serve without compensation. As needed, committees of owners are formed to address specific opportunities and issues. Owners are encouraged to volunteer with their expertise by attending Board meetings, serving on committees, and by seeking a Board position via the annual election process.

The Board of Directors are elected by the homeowners, holds meeting nine months out of the year, and holds the Annual Meeting in February. You can attend any meeting in person or via teleconferencing. Notices of the meeting are provided in advance and Minutes are distributed afterward.

Estoppel Certificates
An estoppel is a formal document governed by the State where the Association provides information to the Sales Closing Agent regarding the regulations and financial requirements of the Association. As a homeowner, you should ensure that the closing agent is following the process and included the estoppel information in the closing. Agents should forward their Estoppel Form to the management company at "info@LongboatPS.com".
Association Records
Homeowners have a right to view and receive copies of Association Records in a process described within State Law. Contact the management company at info@LongboatPS.com.
You may also directly access Association Records by obtaining a secured link from the management company. You may first be called to verify your identity before receiving the link. Note that for privacy and security reasons, some files are not accessible.
